Emergence Theory never justifies harm toward oneself or others. Every passage about soul, return to the whole, intermediate states and re-emergence is read inside one non-negotiable principle: embodied life is a precious threshold of experience, and it must be protected.
Discussion around the theory must keep three planes distinct: what science has established, what is philosophical interpretation, and what remains hypothesis.
Personal experiences, dreams, intuitions and threshold states can be shared with respect, but they are not automatically treated as proof.
When suffering appears, the first response is not to interpret it. It is to protect life, to care, and to accompany.
If you are struggling, please reach out to someone who can help — a doctor, a helpline, someone close to you. This book is not a substitute for care.
